The twin cottage, made for friends, guides and family safaris.
The room
Hannibal pairs two four-poster beds, each under its own net canopy and dressed with woven local runners, in a room of warm plaster, timber ceilings and terracotta floors. A writing desk and television make it as practical as it is characterful.
The stone bathroom carries the lodge's signature: a clawfoot tub set against river stone, a walk-in shower, and robes waiting on the rail. Outside the door, the veranda opens straight onto the gardens with the savanna beyond.
